Philosophy for All

During the year a number of "Philosophy for All" events will be held in Sussex. The aims of these events are:

  • to make the benefits of philosophy available and accessible to all
  • to direct enquiry towards universal questions

Upcoming Events

Philosophy Cafe
Infinity Foods Cafe, Gardener Street, Brighton
Sunday 11th May & 8th June, 2-4 PM

Come along for Infinity Foods Cafe's famous coffee and cake, stay for the conversation. The Philosophy Cafe will be in session on the second Sunday of every month.

The Philosophy Cafe is a new initiative from the Sussex School of Practical Philosophy. Our aim is to provide an informal and relaxed setting for remarkable conversations. Facilitation will be provided, together with thought-provoking menus of possible topics, but this is just the starting point: there are no limits to where the dialogue will take you.

Entry is free: you only pay for food and drink.
