Philosophy Cafe
This new initiative, held on the second Sunday of the month at Infinity Foods Cafe, has begun to attract crowds of up to 30 people for lively discussions on key philosophical themes such as Freedom and Individuality. The first Cafe was held in July 2007.

A History of 'Me': In Search of the Self in the Modern World

This series of six lectures presented by Kevin Burns will form the basis of his next book. The series was well attended with audiences of 25-30 people.

Drawing on Awareness
September 2006, Lewes
Cliff Wright, Harry Potter illustrator, led a morning workshop on drawing with 25 artists of varying experience. Cliff showed that it is possible for anyone to draw, and showed that drawing is about learning to see.

Art for All
May 2006, Hove
The second annual Art for All event was held at Ralli Hall, Hove. Activities included drawing with Cliff "Harry Potter" Wright, sculpture with Tanya Russell and John O'Connor of the Art Academy, weaving with Fran White and mosaic with Aimee Saic and Mike Redfern. We later presented a mosaic entitled "The Water Babies", developed during the day and completed by Aimee, to the Peacehaven Children's Clinic.
